Anna was laying in a hospital bed once again, a bullet wound through her shoulder, she was so terribly jumpy, keeping secrets wasn't a trait that Anna quite enjoyed. Anna had her good arm rested across her stomach, a slight almost invisible bump in between her hips. You guessed it, she was pregnant... three months... they were twins, she was very upset about it too. She knew they were Erik's but he was only seventeen, and she was only almost twenty one. She'd been resuscitated three times today, she'd lost almost all of her blood which was pretty fatal but she was okay now, yet still keeping secrets that she didn't want to be told. |

Erik Night
As soon as Erik had gotten that call from the hospital, he hadn't even giving the nurse time to explain everything. He just knew the twins, had attacked Anna. His Anna. He drove almost reclessly, Anna wouldn't have approved, but he arrived easily and unscathed. Erik pulled his hood up, and then stalked in, his eyes searching frantically as soon as he was inside. Erik spotted a desk, and walked oevr quickly, taking down his hood, and speaking quickly.
"I'm here to see Anna. She was shot I think. I need to see her. Now."
Erik spoke a little harshly, btu he needed to see her. It was only then he realised the nurse he was talking to was the one he had hit, not hard, but still hit, when he was here. He saw he little evil look and sighed, smilling the sweetest, most flattering smile he could possibly brew up, but he failed slightly. She sighed, and lead him to the room, where he practiacally ran to Anna's bedside. Erik then took her good hand and kissed it lightly.
"Anna, I'm so sorry I took so long. You okay?"
He asked, his thumb tracing a little pattern over her smooth skin.

Anna's eyes strayed to the sound of Erik's voice, they lit up too just the thing to brighten up her hopelessly horrible day so far, she had cried with despair while she'd been bleeding her life out of her shoulder in the corner in her room. Then she had gotten herself together enough to go get a phone and call an ambulance to come get her before she died, and they'd arrived just in time to save her life.
"I'm not dead that's all I can say."
Anna managed a smile in his presence, a heartbreaking smile, dazzlingly white with a flash of her emerald green eyes. Just like before everything had gone wrong, she was really happy now that Erik was here, she couldn't bare to be away from him for too long. It was just necessity, sort of sad yeah but... you know- love. A doctor walked in and clapped Erik on the back gently.
"So you're the lucky father."
The doctor smiled before leaving to carry on with his other duties. Anna looked appalled before closing her eyes and sighing, tears were welling up in her eyes, but she wouldn't let Erik see that. [/size] |

Erik Night
Erik sat on the edge of Anna's bed smilling as best he could, but you coudl see the worry etched deep into his features. Sure, he had just found out, but still, in twenty minuites or so, one can stress out. A lot. Erik put a hand on her face briefly, before a doctor came in. Erik smiled politely up at him, as he.. patted him in the back? Erik thought it just might be comforting, like a "she's going to be fine," type look. But apparently not. When te doctor spoke then, ot was liek everything stopped, and he could barely moved. He was sure that his grip had tightened on Anna's hand, but he was basically in shock. Slowly, he turned back to Anna, noticing her eyes closed, and tears threatening to slid down her face. He could tell she had been crying a lot today, her eyes where red and a little swollen. Erik released his hold on her hands only tempararoly on her hands so he coudl walk over to the other side of the bed, the room staying silent. Then, he sat right baside her, so that he coudl kind of manage to put his arm around her, but without even moving her in a way that could cause her pain. His eyes shut then too, just breifly, and he looked down at her.
"You can cry Anna. Cry all you want.."
He said in a soft whisper, his words tender and almost overly loving. He sighed, and took her hand with his free one, holding it firly but not too firmly. A baby. Erik was going to be a father? Thoughts where going insane, and it took everyhting Erik had in himself to keep from crying himself. And, that took alot.

Anna couldn't open her eyes for fear of what she would see in Erik's features, what if he didn't want her anymore? It happened alot with teenage pregnancies even though Anna wasn't a teenager, but Erik was. It was a heartbreaking thought, too much for poor Anna, she didn't want to be pregnant, she didn't want to have to be in hospital with a bullet hole in her shoulder. She could have been better off with the pregnancy secret to herself, no one would know until the tiny bump became bigger then there would be no hiding it. She flinched as Erik's grip tightened on her hand and then he moved away from her, she thought he was leaving but she felt his arm around her and she was okay. He wasn't going to leave her. He encouraged her to cry all she wanted, she couldn't hold it back anymore- she buried her face in his shoulder and cried. [/size] |

Erik Night
.xXx. Erik felt a little relieved when she cried, but it didn't lighten the mood. He was only relieve because he knew anyone that couldn't cry in a time like this was probably not in a good state, and as bad a state she was in, it felt good to have her taking comfort with him being here. He just sat there, putting his hand on the back of her neck lightly and leaving it there. She needed to cry. Everyone did. After Anna started calming down a little, he took his index finger, and whiped the last of the tears from her eyes lightly, before sending her a little smile. Not nearly as triumphant as normal, but still a smile. He then watched her slightly, and grabbed her hand once more, breathing out a little shakily. He wanted to bring up the subject, but was it best not to talk about it? Finally, Erik looked down, then back at ANna a little guiltily.
"I'm so sorry. So entirely sorry, there isn't truley a word for it. I know you and I- where not ready for this... But I'll be here to support you. Don't be afraid... We have gotten through things before... This we will work out too."
Erik kind of rambled on, fighting to keep his voice strong, and frankly, he did. He didn't sound as happy as normal, but he sounded sure on what he was saying. Maybe if Anna knew he believed everything was going to be okay, she woudl too.

Anna knew what Erik was apologizing for but it wasn't entirely his fault anyway, it was also hers for letting herself be irresponsible. She was getting back to normal now that she was thinking like that, like she normally did. Anna was scared though, how could she take care of two little babies? Erik was still in school so he wouldn't be able to help her much, he needed to sleep for school and... she didn't know what to do! Everything was just so messed up and she couldn't do anything about it. But she did have a weird attachment to the two inside of her, like a warm feeling spread throughout her whenever she thought about them, no matter how messed up everything was.
"I know you'll help me as much as you can but, you have to know that there's... two of them..."
Anna looked up at him, finally opening her emerald green eyes to watch his expression to this new information. Anna didn't know what he would react like or anything else. [/size] |

Erik Night
Erik was so relieved to hear her voice, even though it brought news of two kids, instead of one. Erik kept the little smile on his face, not daring to let it fade towards her. He just moved forwards to kiss the top of her hand, thinking of what exactly to say.
"Listen, I can start taking classes online, maybe get a temperary job.. We're going to be fine.. okay? And don't bother aguing, I'm not going to school if you- if we have two kids coming.."
Erik spoke firmly, smiling a little back at her. Then, he looked at the door as the doctor came in briefyl once mroe to check all of Anna's papers and the IV and so on. He sighed, feelign dreadfully sorry for her. Why coudl have this happened to him? Sure, not the pregnancy part, but the getting shot part? Yeah, Erik was sure as heck going to get the local police into this, if he didn't go and get involved himself. Erik looked at Anna again, and his face went a little cross.
"Anna.. was this... the Twins?"
He asked, motioning for her shoulder politely. He knew it was, and he was angry for it. Not angry at the moment, but just angry at the whole situation.

Anna was just as thrilled with the news of the two little babies they were having, thrilled being not thrilled at all, even if she had a weird connection to these children. But Erik not going to school? She couldn't take that away from him, no way could she do that to him, but she couldn't do anything about the babies coming. And a temporary job? No way, Anna had enough money to support a family of six or more, she'd worked hard all her life so she could fall back on it if something went wrong. ANd of course something had gone wrong.
"Hey, you don't need a temporary job, remember? They don't hire high school drop outs and you'd be working the same hours as going to school. I won't let you do that! I have enough money to support six kids not that I'd want that many, stop panicking and making decisions that don't need to be made yet."
Anna reasoned gently with a tired look in her eyes, playing the 'please just leave it at that because I'm too tired to deal with this' card. Fluttering her eyelashes prettily to get him to stop it. [/size] |

As Anna started to talk, he smiled a little. Yeah, she was definately herself. Erik smiled widely at her, and hugged her lightly, before sitting up a little, and looking at her. She really was gorgious, and he didn't really understand how he deserved her. No, he didn't deserve her, she codul do so much better. But, Erik coudln't bare the thought of leaving her. Not now, not ever. He smiled towards her, and then spoke.
"Okay, don't stress about it, really I won't get a job, okay? I'll just stay home with you.. I'll stop stressing, but only if you do too?"
He said, asking her. It was hard for him, when she was worrying, as he usually picked up on it, and got worried too. But, he woudl try his best to stay calm, and whether she liked it or not, he was going to take school online, so he codul stay home. Home? Would he still stay at his place, or would she want him to stay with her? There was so much to talk about, but he was listening to her, and not bringing it. up. He didn't need to stress. Yet.

"Just keep out of trouble okay? Don't go after the Twins, they didn't mean to hit me directly, they were just warning me to stay out of their way, I've been a direct threat to their whole kill-the-wolf thing. They especially have it out for Jasper but he can take care fo himself."

Erik smily nodded, a little look of slight guilt on his features, but it was soon whiped off. He wasn't going to go after them, The Twins. No, she had forbidden it basically, and he needed to listen to her dicisions. Yes, if he was going to be rasiing two kids already with her, then well, he was going to need to act a little better. Like as in, not fighting with guys when the kit on Anna. That was going to be the heardest, but Erik was slightly reliseved, that all of that would stop hopefully, when she had two todlers following her around. One thing for sure, is that Erik was going to help her through this, and save the suffering for a later date. No, he woudl not freak out around her. He would loevr her, and the two kids. He woudl accept being a father.
