Erik Night
Erik jogged along the fenceline of the park, his loud music setting his pace. Once he saw the gate, he turned to go in. His feet hit against the earth rythematically, dust leaping up slightly with every step. He had been runnign a while now. A long while. Erik whiped his forehead with the back of his hand, and as he came up to a fountain near a benach, he slowed, and kneeled down, throwing water into his face. It felt nice. Refreshing. He then sat at the bench, taking out his earphones to take a breather.

Anna Georgia Simone The twenty year old woman was sitting down on the water fountain's edge. Her face looked unusually creamy white pale. Her rosy cheeks looked drained out too, there was no sparkle in her impressive emerald green eyes. Her eyes were flickering around, searching for something or someone. She was all jumpy and she felt unusually dull, her eyes fell upon a young man who had obviously just decided to take a breather from jogging. Anna was naturally tiny, she had a great figure but she was tiny and fairy like. Red curly hair framed her pale face and when the wind blew it flew like fire.

Erik Night
Erik hadn't even noticed the woman sitting on the fountain edge.
"Oh, hey. Sorry, I didn't see you there..."
He said, running his hand through his slighlty damp hair and letting out a quiet laugh.
"Oh, I'm Erik, Erik Night."
He said, looking towards the severely beautiful woman. She had curly red hair framing her face, and a small figure. She did look older than him though. He wondered if she woudl even pay attention. Some people didn't. Erik himself, was well built. He worked out often, and he was extremely fit also. He sat on the edge of the bench, facing her, tucking him i-pod into his pocket.

Anna looked at Erik and smiled her dazzlingly white straight smile. She was the know-all of the town, she knew everything about everything and everyone, she was a big time socialite. She nodded when he stated that he hadn't seen her at the fountain's edge, she laughed her wind chime laugh quietly with him. She listened to him and watched as he ran his hand through his hair, he was actually quite good looking, but he was younger than her by about four years. Still in school then while she was twenty and had a job at the school... as a substitute. "I'm Anna Georgia Simone." She replied gently, "but you can call me Anna."

Erik Night
Erik smiled at her when she spoke. She was really beautiful..
"It's a pleasure Anna."
He said, trying out the nickname. He paused, his blue eyes lookign over her. She was different. He liked that.
"So, Anna.. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you lived around here?"
He asked, ajusting in the bench once agian, so they where sitting accros from each other. He wondered if she knew that he had just arrived here. Probably, she looked like the social type. For some reason, the thought of her having a boyfriend came to him, but he looked at her again. At looking a few years older, and fine looking, she wouldn't even consider him. It almost made him angry to think about it.

Anna smiled as he tried out her nickname. She had never known why her mother had given her two first names and no middle names, it was really weird, but then again she was really weird herself. Well actually she was eccentric, she spoke latin, had a wolf and was a teacher. How did that combination happen? Well she was very smart, hence the Latin thing and she loved kids. "I've lived here for five years, since I was fifteen." She replied easily, whoa she had never thought how long she'd been here, it had been a while. And five years ago she'd found Jasper. Good times good times.

Erik Night
Erik nodded. So she had been here for five years. Wow.
"Nice, yeah, I'v only been here for like a week or so, still getting used to the place. But, I'm saving for an apartment ro small house so I can acctually feel at home. Itr's been a while since I'v felt that way."
He said, looking down. He wasn't proud of his past, and he wondered if she would asl why he was alone at his age. What woudl he say? That he had been kicked out of his home by his own parents? It had never made scense to him, how his parents where. He had always been an obediant child, getting good grades and so on. Then, it all went down hill. Only because he wanted to hang out with his friends, but his parents had gone all 'get your work done!' on him. They made his so angry! Well, that had been almost a year ago, and he was slowly getitng used to being alone, and fending for himself. He looked up towards the woman before him and gave a weak smile, reliseing that he had been silent for a few minuits there...

Anna knew what it was like to be on her own, she had been in almost the exact same situation when she was fifteen. She drifted off into that time... if she hadn't have moved out she wouldn't have found this tiny inconspicuous town to stay in and she wouldn't have found Jasper so soon. She snapped back to the present and looked down, her cheeks went red as she realised she had been staring. Everyone in this town was very understanding, well most of them were either kicked out from their homes or had run away. "I know how it is to be new and alone." She replied quietly, it took her back to when she had just spent her time studying alone and mothering a wolf pup, it had matured her earlier than usually seen.

Erik Night
Erik looked up at her, digging for information i her eyes. He was good at this, reading people that is. He couldn't tell exactly, and he wondered if she knew how it felt to be abandoned, alone, worth nothing. That's what had happened to him, but knowing he wasn't alone made it slightly better.
"I guess a lot of people from here are alone?"
He said, exhaling deeply. He scratche dthe back of his head, and bent down to prop his elbows on his knees.
"So, if you have been here for five years... Then, you must really know your way around, and everyone here..?"
He asked, tilting his head a little.

All Anna's eyes showed was a longing, obviously for her best friend and only 'relative' left, Jasper. They also showed worry for him but the thing that stood out was an understanding. Okay so she had a lot going on in her eyes but she didn't think that much was showing, dig deeper and you'd find a cave with million of options and tunnels. She smiled and nodded to Erik and replied, "Yeah I was, Iris was, Isabella and Ken were, Ami was... pretty much everyone is and was." She whispered back and watched him change how he was sitting, she was still... still. She was very patient. "Yeah I know everyone, everything that goes on and everyplace in town."

Erik Night
Erik smiled sympathetically, then listened again. So, she was the eyes and ears of the town. Interesting.
"Not to be creepy or anything... But uh, do you have a.... boyfriend...? Like not that I want to be, or that I wouldn't want to be.. uh, nevermind."
He said quickly. Ugh. Total disaster. TOTAL DISASTER! He looke ddown for a moment, though soon returned his gaze to hers. He was just brilliant. Now, she was goign to think he was a total creep. Mabe, he coudl make her laugh about it, considering she coudl probably see his discomfort at the moment.
"So... the weather lately..?"
He asked, jokingly. He laughed a little. Again, fail.

His question was a little out of the blue, hmmmm, weird. Hey! He was just a tiny bit like her, the first person that hadn't thought she was weird or too tiny. His stuttering fail was hilarious and she wanted to laugh but she knew it would make someone feel bad, she'd feel bad in the same situation so she zipped her lips and smiled broadly. If it wasn't way too over the top she'd go over there and kiss him on the cheek. When men made mistakes it was funny, when they knew it and didn't go all manly and blah blah blah it was actually quite cute. Not that she'd ever actually say that. "No it's fine. Just a question." She righted him for him. Weird right? "But no I don't actually. I'm either too short or too weird for their liking and I haven't seen any that I actually like in that way." She replied with an impish smile on her face. "The weather is terrible today." Actually the rain had just let up, but as soon as she said it it started to pour. She winked at him and smiled again.

Erik Night
Erik smiled at her reaction. She was different, he liked that. He could tell that she wanted to laugh, and he did a little himself. He was supirsed when she spoek of the weather, how it started raining. When she winked at him, he smiled, water soon turning him soaking wet.
"I don't really get that."
He said, replying to her comment about men not liking her. He then stood, knowing she probably woudl want to get out of the rain. Most grils didn't liek it wither, but that was fine.
"Uh, since it's arining an all, woudl you want to get soem coffee ro something?"
He said, tucking his hands in his pockets lightly.

She knew what he was thinking, what with the weird reaction to his stumble on the question thing. Most girls would've been all awkward 'I don't really like you that way.' it was stupid when they did that, I mean he could just be asking out of interest or curiosity. And Anna believed in all the giving chances and stuff so she'd gladly hand one to Erik. "Well, you haven't really seen me when I'm normal. It gets really weird when I'm normal." Did that make sense? No. Was it weird? Yes. She meant when she had a white wolf sitting beside her and being growly at anyone mean. She saw in his eyes when he was mentioning the rain and all, he was thinking of normal girls, with all the 'My HAIR!' stuff. Ridiculous. "Sure, I'd like that." She replied in laughter as she lifted herself from the side of the fountain edge as gracefully and silently as an owl flying.
Ooc. I'm really starting to use the word weird alot.

Erik Night
Erik smiled largely as she said yes. There was one problem. Okay, out togather jogging for mor etthan an hour, then going to have some coffee with a really gorgeos girl. Great. He went to help her up and laughe d alittle when she said it wasn't her normal.
"You know, I kinda get the feleing you think that your different. But, I hope you know that your a good different."
He said, walking with her towards the park gates. He walked accross the trafficless road and sighed when he reached the coffe shop on the other side. He walked in, and led Anna to a table with two chairs on either side. He held out a chair for her and waited for her to sit, then sat down himself.
