Soyana was laying down in the cave, her two new allies helping with her... birth. Soyana was panting in the humid warmth of the cool cave. Cool being the stone that she was laying on. Soyana didn't know what she was doing with this and she hoped Snowstorm would be able to tell her. Soyana didn't know how she was going to raise her children when she had to get her pack sorted, she didn't know how she was going to introduce the pups to the pack either.
"I'm sorry."
She whispered to no one in particular, but at the same time everyone that she had let down. |

Snowstorm sighed, but spoke in a clam voice keeping a clam face"Dont be sorry, get into a comfortable position, and when your body fells ready,Push, and hold your breath when you do, we will help the pups, you might not have enough time between them to clean them your self", she said this as fast as she could with out trying to mess-up the words, she sat by Soyana, right by her stomach, a perfect place to help the pups, or to help Soyana.
Star was almost as freaked out as Soyana, but she new she had to help wit the pups, or Soyana because she looked like she was in pain."Okay im here to help, just do your best Soyana"

Soyana didn't know that Snowstorm had heard her but Snowstorm obviously had. Soyana calmed herself down and waited for what Snowstorm had said, when she felt it she pushed.
~I'm taking the short way out of this or semi short so fill this with your imagination~
A few hours later and Soyana had given birth to four little balls of fur. Soyana was surprised, it just got into her mind that she had been pregnant and she had been in labour, it wasn't all just a horrible dream over night. Soyana laid her head back on the floor with exhaustion, she was so tired.

Snowstorm was tired, in a sense that she helped clean the pups and all, but Soyana must be dead beat,"You where awesome Young Soyana, and your pus look good", she looked down at the four small balls of fur, they where so cute. She then looked at Star she was proud of her daughter for the help,"Soyana do you need anything right now?". After giving birth to Luna and Star ,Snowstorm always had to have a long drink for some reason.
Star smiled she was looking at the small pups with wondering eyes,"That was so beautiful, but the pups tasted funny when you clean them", she tried to make a joke, she laughed to her self, but she was not sure how many little girls or boys where they, when she help out with them she tried to see but she had no experience with it..she had no idea.

Soyana sighed heavily before lifting herself up to have a look at her beautiful babies, loving shone in her proud eyes. Her babies were curled up at her stomach and suckling noisily, Soyana smiled her stomach clenching with love but fear for them as well.
"No, I'm just tired, exhausted actually. I don't need anything,"
Soyana answered earnestly and then looked at Star who commented on the how the pup's tasted when they were covered in blood and other materials. Soyana chuckled slightly, but couldn't laugh for long because she was so tired. Soyana nudged the pups over to look to see what gender each was, two boys and two girls. Soyana was overjoyed at the perfect balance. One girl and one boy appeared to be normal Grey Wolves while the other Girl was completely whit eand the other boy completely black. Soyana started thinking of names, but meanwhile.
"Snowstorm, in exchange for helping me with my children I'll tell you where Luna is. Just be careful, I'm not sure the wolves that she is with take to strangers very well."
Soyana warned before carrying on to tell Snowstorm where Luna was.
"Last time I saw they were around the Lake but they probably had the sense to go to the Hills away from the floods."
Soyana told Snowstorm.
"I wonder when I'll be able to go back to my pack...." |

Snowstrom watched as the very tired Soyana laughed at her daughter bad joke, but then she leaned over to see what gender the pups where, one of the grey pups was a male, then the other black pup was a male, wow a perfect balance, she was a lucky mom,"Soyana you have wonderful pups, and a balance between them, they look like you."Snowstorm smiled this was a good moment.But the last bit of information really made her happy,"Thank you Soyana ill go as soon as i can but ill not leave you like this, intill you are okay ill help with your pups". she smiled down at Soyana.
Star looked she now noticed who was who, two males and 2 female, hehe, she thought that was cute how they where even,"Wow they are so lucky to have twins, and the girls are lucky to have brothers, i had some half brothers with Luna but they died two weeks after being born because they where born in the winter and a snowstorm came..they didn't stand it", Star was not sad but happy, the new lives made her day, her tail was wagging and her eyes shined with excitement she could not wait til play with them.

Soyana nodded to Snowstorm's answer to her explanation of where Luna was. Soyana was overjoyed at her pups, but exhaustion was taking over and she curled carefully around her pups protectively. Yawning she almost fell asleep, she'd probably sleep for a day if she could.
"You know, you should go see her while I'm sleeping. I won't be awak for a long while."
Soyana managed before she crashed out, giving birth was so tiring.

Snowstorm laughed,''Well if don't need us ill go to the beach and tell Star to find her, i don't have to energy like i use to'',she got up and stretched shacking some leaves and dirt of her fur,"Ill se you in a while Soyana and pups".
Star smiled, she was happy that she would get to see her sister for the first time in 8 months or more,"Lets go mom you wait by the beach where we met the other wolf, an dill go find Luna then ill bring her to you", she was so exited her fur was standing on the end.
Snow watched as Star left,"Good luck Soyana we will be back later today or tomorrow morning since it night already, but don't worry your a great mother'', Snow looked at each pup then set of with her slow Trot.

Soyana woke up and nudged her pups, scenting them to make sure they were okay. Of course the pups smelled of milk and life, but Soyana felt faint, she felt drained and light headed- and not from the birth. The birth had been a day ago, and Soyana should feel completely rested and clear. Soyana found what it was, she was hungry, these pups had been leaching strength and food off of her, she needed to feed more often.

Snowstorm walked in to the cave she felt very happy and tired, when she saw Soyana with her pups she felt warm inside,"Hello Soyana how are you felling?", she could tell the pups where okay. Star saw the pups they where so cute, and could they have grown again, she saw Soyana,"Are you hungry?", Star would be if she gave birth and hasn't eaten for 1 day.

Soyana looked up at the two females with a start, when she realised that it was only the wolves that had helped her, she relaxed and quieted her protesting pups. She spread her body out, being cramped from being curled into a ball for twelve hours, her pups all tumbled around from her movement before crawling towards their mother again.
"Yes actually, I am hungry."
"Did you find Luna? Was the pack with her? How was she? Did you tell her?"
Soyana had hundreds of questions but only asked the most important ones... or maybe not. Maybe she asked the ones that she mostly wanted answers.

Snowstorm sighed then sat down it was a long walk for her,"Ok first Star go hunt something for all of us..but mostly for Soyana", then Snow looked at Soyana and tried to answer her questions fully and in order,"Yes we found Luna, she was with John, they where hunting for the pack so the pack was not with them..Luna was fine but she had a scar on her leg and John had a scar too like they had been hurt or shot, and i told them the basic that you have four healthy pups and that you where fine and just tired, you'll go back when you are ready",She watched Star leave half way of her speech, and was glad a mother wolf with four pups needed food.And she was sure John and Luna where together now.
Star walked away when she noticed her mom was going to make a long speech about the night, she looked around, it was early morning with a cool breeze, she trotted on trying to find a scent of prey, when all of a sudden strong deer scent hit her, she followed it till she found the heard, she crouched low and hid behind a bush. Star then search for a perfect victim, she noticed a young deer, it was not a baby but not an adult..perfect. Star waited for a perfect moment, then ran making the heard scatter, she chased the young buck but he was slow and she caught him fast, biting him on the neck. She had to walk back now dragging a buck.

Soyana heaved herself up from the ground and stretched, the pups were already bigger and fat and warm, endless feeding had ensured that. Looking at Snowstorm she took a deep intake of breath before deciding that she had to get back to the pack, she had a bad feeling about it. She knew Jasper had left, which kept it without an appointed leader, all hell could break loose because of that. Soyana looked sadly at her pups, she didn't want to take them to danger but it was as safe as they'd ever be.
"Thankyou, but I need to get back to the pack, but we need one more wolf to help me get these guys back. After we've eaten of course."

Snowstorm nodded at Soyana, if she thought it was time, she was the mother of her pups ans she new what was right."Okay Soyana, who would you like to get, the four wolf?", she then noticed that Star was coming in with a young buck in her jaws.
Star walked in right as her mom finished her sentence,"Hi i have brought food for all", she laid the small buck in front of Soyana and watched as the pups started to sniff the air, as the scent of blood lifted of the dead buck. Snowstorm dipped her head at Star,"Thank you Star, and Soyana you eat first, so you can provide for your pups", she watched Soyana, what was she planing?.
