Erik Night

.xXx. Erik drove quickly to the school, a light snow flowing down and making his winsheild annoyyingly blurry. He turned on the windshield washers easily, and then continued driving down the slush road. When he turned to go into the school, he noticed only a few students millign around. Otehrs where inside taking cover form this horrible weather. Erik parked, and got out, walking with his backpack over his shoudler towards the doors. He went in easily, and straight to his locker, greeting the ocasianal kid that said "Hi." Erik grabbed his English and socials texts, and walked donw the hall quickly, pairing p with one of his guy friends and chatting the whoel way to class. He hadn't let anyone but Rob know about Anna, and it was better that way. As Erik sat down, he continued to chat anxously. He had an odd feeling, that somethign wasn't right, but trid to ignor it completely.

Anna was seated at her desk again, because she had been hired once again, she couldn't ignore a cry for help, she just wasn't that type of person. She had papers to mark and pages to sort out. Life as a substitute was pretty hard but Anna liked it somewhat, and it was something to keep her busy otherwise. She looked up to see her class file in noisily, some occasional glances in her direction and some whispers about her but she didn't mind, she was in a great mood today. There was some slight, something, nagging at the back of her mind, she didn't know what it was but she pushed it out of her mind and carried on with her day's work. She knew that Erik was in her class but this time it wouldn't ruin their relationship so almost completely like last time.

Erik Night

.xXx. No, Erik hadn't know, yet it didn't seem like such a big deal. He was over the fact she was older than him, and was called in, but still... It didn't matter. He looked around briefly to make sure no one was watching him, and he briefy smile at Rob as he did so. Then, Erik turned and winked at Anna, but it was only then that he realised that it was probably normal for guys to be flirting with her. He looked around once more, though not noticably and he realised, yeah, guys where talking abtou her, but that couldn't reallly cause trouble. If aything though, Erikw as happy to see Anna, and he hoped that he would get some time with her after class... Maybe a quick lesson catchup.. or detention.. But he didn't want a bad rep.. Right? Erik smiled a little at his thoughts, and started talking to his friend once more. Little did he know, one of the guys was standing up and comign towards the front of the class.

Anna smiled at Erik when he winked at her but hid it well, people were still milling around as this guy walks up to her and smoothly slid his arm around Anna’s waist, her eyes widened and she tried to take a step back but he was fast and strong. He brought her to him so that he was pressing her into his body, Anna was outraged and people were watching with interest now- they were probably wondering if she was easy. Anna pushed against his chest but he had her in a steel grip, she kept trying anyway until her strength was sapped, she was about to yell at someone to get him off of her when he went as far as to kiss her. Anna was shaking, invisibly, with anger and plain fear, but nothing would get this guy off of her. Anna pushed the guy with full strength, before giving up and going limp in his arms. Anna felt like hiding in a corner and crying but if she could do that she wouldn’t be in this mess in the first place, she also felt violated but she couldn’t get him away from her.

Erik Night

.xXx. It was so clearly seen, how as soon as the guy walked up to Anna Erik stiffened, knuckled turing white as he grasped the edge of his desk. He didn't want to make a huge deal, it coudln't be a huge thing right? He watched as ANna struggled, but yeah, he was one of the jocks in class. Erik then watched as the guy bent down to kiss Anna as she pushed against his chest. That was it. Erik got up so abruptly, that the cahir screetched and everyone looked towards him now. He walked up tto the front slowly, pure murder printed on his expression. Yes, he was protective. Yes, he was angry. Angry was an understatement. Erik stood before them and he spoke quietly, though a clentched jaw.

"Let her go. Now."

He said, before coming closer. The guy didn't let her go... No, he just brought her closer to himself. Erik knew what he needed to do.. But this guys was strong, he needed to position himself perfectly- Then, the guy bent to look at Anna, and Erik ran up to him, and punching him straight in the gut. The guy went tumbling back a little, and Erik was just fast enough so he could take Anna and hold her up before she fell down too. Erik didn't knwo if the kid was going to react, but he squeezed Anna's hand lightly, almost as a warning, for her to call the princable, for her to get the heck out of the area. He didn't really know.

Anna heard a chair screech across the floor and she knew that trouble was coming now, for this overly confident jock guy. She was shaking pretty badly now, then she heard Erik's voice she wasn't scared for herself anymore, she was scared for Erik and maybe this guy if Erik was really strong when he gets angry. Her wondering was answered as the jock guy flew toward the desk and lay sprawled out on the floor, Anna was almost pulled along with him but someone caught her by her wrist, she flinched away in case it was another guy, but it was just Erik. Anna froze by his side for a second, not wanting him to get hurt and she was only getting the shock of what had just happened now so it was harder for her to move and run hurriedly down the hall to the Principle's office. The principle left immediately but told Anna to go outside and sit in her car, stay out of the way of the problem.

Meanwhile the jock guy got back up and through himself at Erik hoping to get a punch in before bringing him down in his tackle.

Erik Night

Erik felt relief flood through him as Anna ran towards the office, and he was aware that kids where starting to get up and crowd around the class, watching the jock who was now getting up, and himself. Though, Erik was not prepared for what had happened next. The guy leapt towards him, punching Erik in the jaw before tackling him down to the ground. This guy was a little bigger than Erik, but Erik could get scrapy if he wanted. He elbowed the jock accros the face, as Erik scrambled to get up. Now, kids where whispering and gasping at the fight. Well, so much for my rep.. Erik thought a little smugly, bet he was angry... So angry. Erik barely even felt the cuts here and bruises there. It was almost as if he was in his own little word. He was so freaking angry, to be honest, he didn't even have control over himself. So, when the boy swung at Erik once more, and collided with Erik's gut, he just ducked down, pretending to be clutching his stomache, then went low, ramming into the guy and knocking him off his feet. But, he could only last so long, where was the princepal, or even the police? Erik stood, waiting for the guy to get up, breathing hard his fists still clentched.

Anna sat in her car shaking uncontrollably as the reality of the events hit her, and they hit her hard, she had her arms around her legs, and her legs were tucked up where her face was buried in them.

The principal had called the police and they had arrived sooner than anticipated. Three police barged into the classroom and one of them grabbed Erik and held him back while another grabbed the jock guy, both held on tight. The third police officer cleared the kids out of the classroom with a little bit of hurry and force in it. The jock fought against his police before he got his hands pinned behind his back and had his head forced onto a desk to get him to stop. Finally he calmed down and was let up.

Erik was relieved when the police came in, although not so much when an officer grabbed him, and held a little tighter than needed. He wasn't going to fight back, no he was going to listen. Unlike this classmate. He was struggling against the officer, until pinned against a desk. Then he calmed down. But, what where they to do now? He wasn't going to go to jail was he? Oh god. Erik turned around to face the officer holding him, his head looking at him oevr his shoulder as they brought him out of the class. They where brought to the office, where Erik sat, accros the room from the jock. He was aubviously the smaller one in the fight, which most woudl have thought as a disadvantage. He had prooved them wrong. As Erik sat, the police officer stood beside him, as the third went and fetched the princepal. Erik tried to sit noramlly, but that only made the handcuffs dig into his back. He grimaced, and looked around eagerly. Where the heck was ANna? Erik was about to get up, but he looked eagerly towards the princepal as she walked in.

"Where's Anna- Miss. Simone? Is she okay? Please, tell me where she is. Can someone go looking for her or something?"

he asked desprately, wanting, thoguh not fighting against the officer. His face was bloodied a little, and he hoped for an icepack or two.. Or four. But, he needed to see Anna first. It didn't even come into his head that students and teachers weren't supposed to see each other. Like as in have relationships. No, it didn't enter him mind. That woudl wither be a huge mistake, or not a big deal. All depending on the princepal.

The principal walked in with the third officer, and this principal looked strict and a bit stuck up too. This would be a hard one to get out of alive, no joke. She didn't deal with sucking up, she dealt the truth and what would be fair and the aura around her was just brimming with these facts as she sat down and looked at the two trouble makers, that's what they were in her mind.

"Ms. Simone is fine, and it's not your concern where she is nor anyone else's but herself."

The principal answered coolly while she looked at Erik sternly and then at the jock guy.

"You could both be charged with different things but we've played it down so you don't have to go to court and eventually jail. But you Mr. Night don't think that we don't know that you live alone so you will be put on lockdown, come to school, leave school and go home, nothing in between or anything. One officer will accompany you, but this starts in three days."

The principal turned in differently to the jock who would just be suspended for two weeks. Totally unfair but Anna hadn't told her what had happened before the fight, she couldn't bring herself to say anything.

.xXx. Erik knew he was in for a crapload once he saw the princaple. No, he wasn't scared of the stern woman. Yes, he was freaking out because he knew Anna was probably off somewhere freakign out herself. WHen the woman told him it wasn't his concern, then talked about him living alone and being on lockdown, he fought back a glare that was steered right into her direction. He couldn't be on lockdown! No, he needed to see Anna, now. SOme might think he was obsessing, and sure, he was. A little. And honestly, he was worried about her. He wanted to comfort her and tell her he was't some phsyco killer. He fidgeted around a little, before giving the princepal a little smile. He needed to go. No, not back to class, he needed to go. To see Anna. Come on.. WHy does this have to take so long? Erik didn't want to run, though he could easily, so he calmed himself, and directed his question to the stern woman. He was a fairly preusuasive person, and his good looks helped, a tad bit.

"Miss, listen I apologise, but I need to make sure she is fine."

He said, ignoring al others comments. He was here, in hancuffs, straining to not yelp as they dug harshly into his back and where to tight. This woman needed to know hew asn't a criminal, no he was a normal kid with someone he was unconditionally in love with. And, the worst part, she was somewhere, alone. Without him comfoting her. Erik looked down a little, shuting his eyes briefly to try and get a hold on himself.

The principal narrowed her eyes at Erik, as he smiled at her and looked completely innocent, before the police took off his handcuff's she held up her hand for them to stop. Maybe Erik had just been protecting Ms. Simone from the jock who was known to try stuff like... that.

"Perhaps we don't need the lockdown, as long as you promise that you will go straight to school and straight home for a week."

The principal righted what she had said, before telling the cops to take off the handcuff's.

"Why are you so concerned about Ms. Simone?"

The principal asked.

Erik Night

Erik smiled once again, and nodded obediently towards the woman who was the one instructing them to take the torcherous cuffs off of him. He waited until the other guy was led out of the room, and sat down once more, rubbid his wrists. Anna would probably freak out on him, if she saw the little red rings around his wrists. He sighed once she asked the question, and he looked up to the police officer, a look of anxitey on his face. He knew the princepal would notice this, but he woudln't confess that he was in loev with her. That woudl get her fired. Unless, the woman before him understood, and didn't think it was a joke. But, there where police around.. Would he get into trouble if he lied? Erik sighed a little, he was goign to stick to the truth as best he could.

"We have know each other for a while.."

He said, attempting another sweet smile. He failed a little, as his features really did show his worry, stress, how tired he was, but he didn't relax. He wouldn't make it his fault that Anna lost his job. Though, Erik almost did want to tell this person about how he felt for Anna, but he knew she wouldn't understand. She would just think of him as some percert or somthing.. Ugh, life was hard.

The principal decided to leave it at that even if she had a horrible feeling that wasn't the only case he really cared. She waved Erik out of the room and sighed, like a 'this job's going to be the death of me' sigh'.

Meanwhile Anna was still huddled up in her car, she felt so awfully wrong, she was scared sick for Erik and worried about him rightfully. She didn't know what to do, she couldn't go back in there, no not yet.

Erik was relieved when the woman let him go, and he left, though walked until the school doors had shut behind him. Then, he started running, slush soaking through his shoes as he did so. Erik noticed Anna's car was turned on, and ran towards it, whiping his face free of the blood he coudl with his sleeve, before wlaking up to her and kocking on the door lightly, though not to scare her. Then, he opened up the door, and kneeled down by her. She was shaking. Shaking and close to crying, if not hiding that she had been. Erik looked up at her, his look a little comforting, yet reassuring also. He didn't know whether she wanted to hug him, but he was alright. Nothing bad that a few bandages coudln't fix. Though, his jaw did hurt like heck.

"Anna, you okay?"

He asked, looking around for the princepal or the police. He probably wasn't supposed to see Anna, btu he coudln't help it.
