The red haired little lady, Anna Georgia Simone, sat in a scruffy brown public chair, an ancient weathered book in her delicate tiny hands. Anna looked more like an adolescent than a young woman of twenty five, giant emerald, black pupiled eyes scanned the book pages flipping. This book wasn't new to knowing eyes, she'd read it just about ten times, the little lady knew it word for word. Her pale skin wasn't wrinkled in concentration, unlike any other person reading a giant thousand paged book. Anna looked completely at ease in the library, even in her knee long skirt and red long sleeved shirt, she looked more like she was going out somewhere, but she always dressed this way. A big black heart hung from her neck and rested in between her abdomin and her chest, it was quite a long necklace. The heart was made of metal and the wiring was twirled into itself providing a translucent look to it.
Red curls bounced around her pale white face as she got up from the chair and fluidly moved towards the nearest bookshelf and placed the old book back with care. No one was around her, she was in the very old part of the library where no one bothered to go because most of the books were scripted in latin or other languages. Sitting back on the window sill she glanced out of the window, seeing nothing but the steady downpour that had started a few days back. She hadn't seen weather like this since she'd moved here which was a good solid few years ago. She leaned her head against the glass and sighed.
Hearing footsteps her head shot up and emerald green eyes searched through the terrible lighting the old room had. "Hello?" An unsure wind chime like voice called out, from her open mouth. Someone who was there should call back... before she had a heart attack preferably. But only preferably. Just don't let them pop out, that would surely make me faint. I am not good with things popping out, especially not strangers, wolves I can handle... people not so much. She thought and hoped watching the bookshelf which was protruding out that could be hiding the person responsible for the footseps.

Chad did not often wander into the library, but he needed a book on ancient Roman History for one of his classes at school. He scanned the large room with his green/blue eyes, wondering where to start. A person like him, rough-and-tumble go get 'em type did not belong in here and he felt very out of place. How was he supposed to find a book? All the books had numbers and letters but how did he know which one was about Roman History? He did not feel like going through all of the covers to see which one looked like it might have something to do with Rome either. He would have to find someone to help him.
He decided to go and random and found himself in an odd smelling room filled with books that were mainly muddy brown, velvet red, and forest green. Old books. That accounted for the odd smell. Chad wasn't sure if this was the right place but he was looking for history of ancient Rome and some of these books looked pretty ancient. Now to find someone to help him.
He had only taken a few steps until someone, female from the sound of it, called "hello". He was slightly surprised; libraries tended to usually be very silent and nobody really talked or payed any attention to anyone else. Maybe he had surprised her?
Chad stepped around the corner and saw a figure in the dim light. She had on a knee length skirt, a long sleeved red shirt, and a long heart necklace. Even in the poor light he could see that her hair was a brilliant red and her eyes shone emerald green. "Umm, hey." He said sort of awkwardly, not knowing how loud he was supposed to be. "I was just looking for a book on Rome. For some school paper." It was obvious that he had no idea what he was doing but had too much pride to say so.
He looked her over once more. She was pretty in a very modest kind of way, she was also tiny. His tall frame dwarfed her by at least a foot. He could not tell how old she was, but he thought she was probably a few years older than him.

Anna waited for an answer to her call out into the eerie old room. It was about thirty seconds before someone decided to answer, an exhale pushed through full red lips. Anna freaked herself out sometimes with paranormal activity, so it was an obvious relief when an apparent human voice replied to her call. It was a young man, still in school, or so she guessed. It was pretty hard to guess if he was young or not, he was huge, taller than six foot obviously. He easily dwarfed her, but she was not intimidated in any way, well who could blame her? She lived with a wild animal in her own home. Not much more could intimidate her than that. He was wearing ripped jeans and a plain- though slightly baggy- t-shirt. So she decided he was still in school, though coming to the end of it.
"Hey." She replied in a quiet voice, it was a library after all. He explained what he need- what he was looking for, while he was doing that her eyes searched him and the rest of the room, following his description. Her arms were crossed against her chest, she hated them to feel useless hanging down at her sides randomly. Why was it that when she met someone new, they were always looking for something and she easily had somewhat of an answer? It made her laugh; obviously not out loud but in her head, she found all sorts of things funny but she was quite down to earth most of the time. A Roman history essay, he needed a book for it. Okay easy enough. But the catch was most of the books in this room were in latin or some other almost lost language. She just guessed he couldn't read Latin, at all or not much.
Her eyes flickered around the room and then she turned to one of the shelves, one of the ones on ancient histories. "There's actually quite a few books on Ancient Roman history. But it narrows down when you want it in English." Her cheeks went red as she explained this, people always thought she was weird, reading in Latin most of the time wasn't exactly normal nowadays, especially because there were books in English. Reaching to one of the shelves that were quite high up- she could still reach, but couldn't see what she was reaching for- she pulled down a considerably large book, the front was scripted with Latin but inside it was all English. She offered the weathered book to the young man in front of her and smiled with perfectly white teeth. "Is this what you wanted?" Emerald green eyes flashed with worry as thunder was heard outside. Jasper will be fine she told herself firmly.

Chad smiled at her, friendly. She did not seem intimidated in the least but he noted her crossed arms across her chest; he knew from from a friend who took psychology and who was constantly trying to practice on him that crossed arms usually meant uncomfortable in some way.
"You read Latin?" He asked, his eyes lighting up. Sure, he found it a little odd but was more curious than he was freaked out. "Take some school class in it or something?" He took the large book from her and stared at if as if he had no idea what it was. He flipped it open and tried not to cough at the smell that rose from its old pages. "Umm, this might be it." He wasn't sure if this was the right one but he would ask the librarian if he could check it out and take it to school so he could at least tell his teacher he tried. Chad wasn't stupid, but History, Math, and Literature were boring for him. He preferred Biology or something where he could get his hands dirty outside. If it had nothing to do with nature, skydiving, tanks, bungee jumping, or fire he lost all interest.
Chad's eyes flicked to look up wards when he heard the thunder. He caught the momentary look of worry in her eyes and wondered why she was worried; was she afraid of storms? He had planned on taking his pup tent out this weekend and spending a couple of days out in the wilderness but the rain would not stop him unless their was a flash flood or something. It would make things slightly soggy and a little uncomfortable, but he had a new tarp that he had bought with the money from his last Birthday that one of his grandparent's had sent him.
However, he was still curious about this red headed girl and he had nowhere to get in a hurry. "My name is Chad." He said suddenly. "What is yours?" He wasn't exactly hitting on her; even he knew better than the presume someone older than himself would like him like that, but he thought that she could be interesting to get to know. She seemed very smart, smarter than she was letting on, but he did not know how smart she was. And he wanted to find out.

Anna returned the friendly smile with dazzlingingly bright and perfect white smile. Weirdly enough it was natural, she hadn't had braces or whitening strips or whatever, she was all natural. Well, I guess that comes with living with the most natural thing on the planet, an unchanged all wild creature- a wolf. She uncrossed her arms and held them behind her, fingers entwined. His question startled her, no one asked questions normally, they just wanted to ask. So she was lost for words for about three seconds, such a long time- not.
"Yeah I read Latin," She answered but she didn't quite know how to answer his next question, seriously she couldn't remember, she thought she had learned it from her mother about ten years ago, maybe. "I learnt it from my mother quite a few years back." She replied in her strong little voice. "I don't go to school, I'm twenty." She replied. "I know I don't look it but I am." She shrugged flashing her impish grin again. She watched as he flicked through the book, "Well it's certainly on Roman History, I hope it's the one you need." She whispered simply. Anna had never been good at anything but Biology and English, she was more out-there with the wolves and write about them type. So yeah.
She followed his gaze upwards, he was very observant which was cool because not many people were observant when they were young. He had her curious, she might just answer his unheard question. "I'm fine with storms but I have a friend who isn't." Jasper was okay with storms but she always got anxious when he was away from her, "I don't like it when he gets freaked out."
Her mind further wandered when she heard angry, afraid and exhausted feelings and thoughts from Jasper. She sighed and held out her hand to Chad. "Hello Chad, I'm Anna Georgia or just Anna." Anna introduced herself easily and fluidly. "Nice to meet you."

Inflammation and pain management? Inflammation is part of the body's immune response. At westmedsupplies.org/you can get pain pills without a prescription. +1 (302) 393-5477 It can be beneficial when, for example, your knee sustains a blow and tissues need care and protection. However, sometimes, inflammation can persist longer than necessary, causing more harm than benefit. Pain Management: Treating Mind and Body Scheman stresses the importance of approaching pain both physically and emotionally and addressing "people as entire human beings.” So while chronic pain medication can be effective and important for pain management for many people, it isn't the only tool available when it comes to pain treatment, and it shouldn't be the only tool that's used. Medications. "There are a lot of medications that are prescribed for pain," says Scheman, although she notes that opioids (narcotics) and benzodiazepines may not be the best options. Those treatments "have their own problems, and there are no good studies on using opioids for long periods of time for the treatment of chronic pain." Types of chronic pain medication used include: NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), including ibuprofen, naproxen, and aspirin Acetaminophen (Tylenol) Antidepressants, which can improve sleep and alleviate pain Anti-seizure medications, which can be effective in treating pain related to nerve damage or injury Steroids, like dexamethasone and prednisone, to alleviate inflammation and pain Therapy. Therapy can be aimed at both the mind and the body. Says Scheman, "I try to look at any of these therapies as not being purely physical or purely psychological — we are always a mixture of both of those things." Physical therapy is a very important part of any pain management program. Pain can be worsened by exercise that isn't done correctly (or interpreted incorrectly as pain rather than overuse), and a physical therapist can tailor the right exercise regimen for you. Proper exercise slowly builds your tolerance and reduces your pain — you won’t end up overdoing it and giving up because it hurts. Cognitive-behavioral therapy allows people to "learn and have a better understanding of what the pain is from, and what they can do about it," says Scheman. This therapy is really about understanding the role of pain in your life and what it actually means for you, add Scheman. +1 (302) 393-5477 westmedsupplies.org/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-adderall-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-adipex-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-ambien-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-arimidex-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-ativan-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-concerta-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-darvocet-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-demerol-pills-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-dexedrine-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-dilaudid-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-ecstasy-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-endocet-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-fentanyl-citrate-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-fentanyl-patches-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/greenstone-xanax/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-hydrocodone-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-klonopin-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-lortab-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-methadone-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-morphine-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-norco-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-opana-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-oxycodone-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-oxycontin-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-oxynorm-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-percocet-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-phentermine-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-quaaludes-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-ritalin-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-roxicodone-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-suboxone-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-suboxone-strips-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-subutex-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-tramadol-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-ultram-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-valium-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-vicodin-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-vicoprofen-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-vyvanse-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-xanax-online/westmedsupplies.org/shop/buy-yellow-xanax-bars/Anti-inflammatory medications Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) can be taken to alleviate the pain caused by inflammation. They counteract an enzyme that contributes to inflammation. This either prevents or reduces pain. Examples of NSAIDs include naproxen, ibuprofen, and aspirin, which are available to purchase online. Avoid the long-term use of NSAIDs unless advised by a doctor. They increase a person's risk of stomach ulcers, which can result in severe, life-threatening bleeding. NSAIDs may also worsen asthma symptoms, cause kidney damage, and increase the risk of having a stroke or heart attack. Acetaminophen, such as paracetamol or Tylenol, can reduce pain without affecting the inflammation. They may be ideal for those wishing to treat just the pain while allowing the healing factor of the inflammation to run its course. Corticosteroids Corticosteroids, such as cortisol, are a class of steroid hormones that prevent a number of mechanisms involved in inflammation. There are two sets of corticosteroids: Glucocorticoids: These are prescribed for a range of conditions, including: Arthritis, temporal arteritis, dermatitis, inflammatory bowel disease (IBS), systemic lupus, hepatitis, asthma, allergic reactions, sarcoidosis Creams and ointments may be prescribed for inflammation of the skin, eyes, lungs, bowels, and nose. Mineralocorticoids: These are used to treat cerebral salt wasting, and to replace important hormones for patients with adrenal insufficiency. The side effects of corticosteroids are more likely if taken by mouth. Taking them with inhalers or injections can reduce the risk. Inhaled medications, such as those used long-term to treat asthma, raise the risk of developing oral thrush. Rinsing the mouth out with water after each use can help prevent oral thrush. Glucocorticoids can also cause Cushing's syndrome, while mineralocorticoids can cause high blood pressure, low blood potassium levels, connective tissue weakness, and problems with the levels of acids and alkalis in body tissue.
