Akame sat up slowly. His eyes showed sadness in them and his ears were drooping. He looked at her. "You don't want me to leave?" he asked. He looked back at the ground.
"When she attacked the girl, I had noticed that she looked sort of bigger than a female wolf should be, but I didn't really think abour it," he stated, looking up at her. His eyes widened as he caught on. "She's not... Whose are they?" he asked, talking about the pups inside of Soyana. He wondered why Soyana didn't come back to the pack. She's putting both her and her pups in danger if she's not being gaurded. "Do you know where she is?" he asked again.

"You don't want me to leave?"
"No of course not, I just met you."
Shamira answered earnestly, she really didn't want him to leave, as she had said before, she kinda liked him- and she trusted him which usually came with years of company and conversation.
"When she attacked the girl, I had noticed that she looked sort of bigger than a female wolf should be, but I didn't really think about it,"
"Of course you wouldn't think about it, you hadn't even met her."
Shamira answered calmly waiting for him to finally realise.
"She's not... Whose are they?"
"I don't know, her brother doesn't know, I don't know and Kyanite doesn't know. But we do know that Soyana never wanted pups."
Clues and more clues, Shamira preferred letting people figure it out themselves. The pups and the pregnancy wasn't Soyana's idea... they were forced on her.
"Do you know where she is?"
"No, but I suspect far away and long gone. She doesn't want anyone to know about it, she's in turmoil with decisions. She'll probably pass the pups off onto someone else just like her mom had done with her."

Akame's breath caught in his throat. Tears formed in his eyes. The same thing happened in his past. "Those pups don't deserve that. Soyana should've come to us. We could've helped," he said, obviuosly sad that he hadn't done anything about it before, but he softened his gaze and sighed.
"I shouldn't be saying this. It's her choice and we couldn't change it even if we tried," he said. How would he break this news to the pack? He wasn't sure if he could. He looked at the rain. "I'm sorry..... again," he said.

"Those pups don't deserve that. Soyana should've come to us. We could've helped,"
"She didn't know that, she thought that everyone will judge her by it. I don't understand either but it's just as it is. But if Kyanite's feelings are true, Soyana is being helped by a relative of one of the packmate's."
And of course as Shamira was speaking, on the other side of the wilderness Soyana was giving birth or just going into labour. Shamira didn't know that and neither did Kyanite.
"I shouldn't be saying this. It's her choice and we couldn't change it even if we tried,"
"But you are very simply right Akame, she needs to trust more but then again so do I."
"I'm sorry..... again,"
"Don't be sorry."

Akame didn't say anything for a few minutes. He just stared out into the rain, thinking. He then looked back at Shamira. "How do you know all of this?" he asked, quietly. Suddenly he heard something. He looked out into the rain again, but only noticed a fox scurrying for it's den. He looked back at the she-wolf. His heart stopped everytime he looked at her. He was beginning to like her, but he didn't show any signs of his feelings to her. Well, except for interest. His ears laid back on his head as he caught his breath again.

"How do you know all of this?"
"Well I have thirteen years of knowledge, three from my own and ten from Kyanite's."
Shamira answered too easily, she had answered this question before.
"And I spend alot of time talking to different wolves, I think I've met every personality possible... well Kyanite has she passes it on to me."
Shamira was really interested in all these types of things, she liked to know exactly what she was dealing with and it helped her alot in everything.
"And I pay attention to everything around me."
Shamira smiled and looked at the fox.

Akame looked at her. "I couldn't do that," he siad, shaking his pelt. "Pay attention to everything around me, that is. It would annoy me if everything caught my eye," he added, smiling slightly.
"So, what do you like to do?" he asked, deciding to get to know her better. He practically only knew her name, that she's traveling with her mother, and that she knew about Soyana. It was time he knew more before he let her meet everyone, although he guessed she couldn't be dangerous to them and even if she was they had plenty of strong wolves on their side.

Shamira didn't have much to her than she had already told Akame, she was just upfront and nothing deeper than skin were secrets. She just traveled with her 'mother' or the one who took care of her. Kyanite had been a role model for Shamira and almost a mother but they weren't related. But here's something that nobody knew, Kyanite was Jasper's and Soyana's grandmother. Weird right?
"There's nothing else to me except that we've been running from The Twins and ironically ended up trailing them here by accident."
Yep, so unfortunate right?

"Oh so that's how that happened. okay," Akame said. "I was wondering how they got here," he added, yawning. "So, how old are you? You seem a bit young to be traveling with that old lady," he said. He didn't mean it to sound rude, but it just slipped out. He blinked, surprised at what he had just said.
"I didn't mean to say that, it sort of slipped," he said quickly.

"Oh so that's how that happened. okay,"
Shamira was wondering if Akame in fact thought that Shamira and Kyanite had brought the Twins to this island. Because they certainly hadn't brought them here, the Twins had been here and the two female wolves ended up here. His next comment decided what she thought what he thought.
"I was wondering how they got here,"
"You think we led them here?"
Shamira queried in disbelief and she couldn't believe her ears. She looked straight at Akame.
"So, how old are you? You seem a bit young to be traveling with that old lady,"
"I'm three and she happens to be very wise. You'd be lucky to live to her age."
Shamira growled, this side of Akame kept getting worse. Now Shamira thought she was going crazy with what she was hearing. She never thought she was crazy... ever, because she had never been crazy before.
"I didn't mean to say that, it sort of slipped,"
"I bet it did."
Shamira's angry voice replied.

Akame flinched. "Samira, I didn't mean it. I'm sorry, stuff like that just slips sometimes," he said, taking a step back. He looked away from her. "If I offened you in any way, I'm very sorry," he said. He hadn't been snapped at like that in a long time. He sighed and sat down.
He jumped when he heard rustling. He looked around only to see two giant cats walking towards them. He gasped. John had explained these creatures to him. They had come from the near by areas that had flooded and were now taking over the wolves territory. His fur bristled. He remembered the name also. "Mountain Lions," he snarled.

Shamira's eyes flickered towards the mountain lion's, she didn't reply to Akame's sorry apologizing, she didn't have the energy to do anything- except maybe give the pathetic cat a few bad bites. Shamira had experienced mountain lion's before, they could hurt you- if you weren't fast enough or strong enough.
"You know how to handle 'em?"
Shamira asked getting ready to fight, she'd enjoy this too.

"Of course not, but It's great to try something new," Akame said. His sharp fangs were bared at the huge cat. He snarled and his tail stood out straight, showing that he wasn't afraid. He was trembling, but more with escitment than anything. He suddenly headed straight for one of them and leaped. He fell back with it on top of him, scratching and biting for his throat. He tried to push with his hind legs, but the cat's body was flexible. He finally grabbed the cat's paw. "Get off of me you big fur ball," he snarled.

Shamira laughed at his comment before trying a different approach than Akame had. Shamira lashed her tail and barked at the cat in her annoying pitch until it got fed up and prowled towards her roaring and yowling in anger. Shamira was waiting for just this, when it took a swipe at her she ducked and lunged forward and dashed under it's belly, she twisted and leaped onto its back. The mountain lion thrashed but it couldn't get away from Shamira, she had her teeth sunk into it. That was good enough for Shamira to just keep holding on.

Akame sunk his fangs further into it's paw until it yowled and stumbled off of him. He got up quickly. He growled as the cat leaped at him. He ducked and once the cat was right above him, he shoved his shoulders right into the cat's stomach. He watched it as it flew threw the air and landed on it's side. He turned and ran for the mountain lion Shamira was attacking. He leaped and grabbed the large cat's throat. He snarled, his eyes had fire blazing in them.
He was about to bite down harder to break it's neck, but something landed on his back, making him lose his grip. He fell and felt a sharp pain go through his shoulder. He howled in pain and tried to shake it off of him, but it hung on. He felt it's claws dig into his sides. He stood still and yelled out to the sky. He then felt the fangs come out of his shoulder and a sharp pain went into his head. His eyes widened as blood trickled down his face.
