Shamira lifted her paws over an endless array of jewels that littered the 'beach', you may notice that Kyanite was not with her this time around. Kyanite was getting pulled down by her age, it had finally caught uo with her, Shamira felt the need to get away from everything though. The rain was still constant but it had let up a bit, enough for it to be just a slight drizzle and mist. Shamira and Kyantie weren't acknoweledged with the pack, so they decided to leave it alone and wait for a new pack to be formed, Shamira didn't think that she wanted to be leader of one. From what she had seen of leaders... nothing good had happened in that pack.
Shamira felt so hopelessly alone, she just wanted to settle down finally away from the danger and maybe have a family. But who likes an optimistic, wise three year old? No one she had been graced to meet yet. Shamira hadn't had much of a life, she just wanted to meet the finale of the Twins treacherous and bloodthirsty ways. Yet trying to get away from the Twins had brought Shamira herself to the exact place where the twins were.
Looking down at the raging torrents of water that threatened to swallow her up she steppped back and looked up at the grey and black sky. Rage was in her eyes at her own stupidity for coming to a place known for wolves and now just possibly the bond. Had her family deserted her for the last time? She always looked to them for help and now there was none when she needed it most. Wind ruffled her fur as she looked around her at the broken little town of despair.
"Have you finally forsaken me?"

Akame was walking along the beach. His dark fur stood out against the light mist. His ears seemed to lay back on his head as he walked. His golden eyes suddenly spotted a figure up ahead. He squinted a bit and noticed that it was a she-wolf. Well, she was kind of small to be a wolf. He noted that the figure was a hybrid.
Sighing, he walked slowly towards her. He hesitated, before sitting down a few feet away, not wanting to frighten her. "Hello, miss. What are you doing out here by yourself?" he asked, ears perking so he didn't look threatening.

Shamira's head turned to the male pure bred wolf that had approached her without threat in his stature, well at least he was a respectable character from what she saw so far. Yes, Shamira was smaller than him but most female's were smaller than male's anyway. Shamira was a hybrid but only a quarter dog, so not by much but she did have the characteristic of long fur and partially floppy ears- only at the very tips of them. Eyes dimmed down to a sweet non threatening disposition instead of their former rage. The fur on her neck stood down and she dropped her head to look as if she wouldn't attack, it wouldn't be smart to attack anyways.
"Hello, miss. What are you doing out here by yourself?"
Shamira noted the 'miss', well he certainly was gentleman or wolf or whatever. Unless he was messing with her, Shamira was open to any point of view but she kept her composure.
"I prefer Shamira."
She answered with a wolf-ish smile to show she was just teasing or being lightly smart or something else. She was just joking, being friendly.
"But I just needed to see the land I'm living on to make sure I know exactly where I am."
Shamira shrugged easily answering Akame's question, but the male hadn't told her his name, she wouldn't push him to tell her unless he wanted to, Shamira was just like that.

Akame blinked and smiled. "It's certainly nice to meet you, Shamira. I'm Akame," he said, tipping his head slightly. "Oh so you live around here too? By yourself, right?" he asked. He looked around to make sure no one else was around. When he didn't see anybody he turned back towards her.
"There's two packs around here, one much larger than the other. I'm in the smaller one, but we're hanging around the other pack so we can help each other out," he said, wondering if she was going to ask to join one of the packs.

Shamira watched his enthusiastic eyes as he took up the conversation. Sighing, Shamira looked up at the sky as the weather worsened again, she was sick of the downpour and Shamira was a patient hybrid. Shamira stretched and stepped back from the raging water, salty spray released all over her.
"It's certainly nice to meet you, Shamira. I'm Akame,"
Shamira's ears found his voice through the howling wind and crashing of the waves. She found it hard to concentrate when nothing was being said but as soon as something of a sentence reached her ears she was on full alert.
"And you Akame."
Shamira's soft voice was barely heard over the violent howling of the wind and the clash of fighting waves against the sharp shore. It was a relentless fight, that went one day and night that wouldn't be put in truce any time soon.
"Oh so you live around here too? By yourself, right?"
Shamira couldn't believe that Akame didn't remember Kyanite and her, she remembered him, though they'd never met properly, just when he was teaching the pup how to hunt. Then again so much had been going on in turmoil of the packs.
"Actually no I don't, I live with Kyanite. We took cover with the mixed packs when Jasper left."
Shamira corrected with an embarrassed smile.
"There's two packs around here, one much larger than the other. I'm in the smaller one, but we're hanging around the other pack so we can help each other out,"
Shamira dipped her head in acknoweledgement, to his answer of course.
"Well Kyanite and I are looking for a pack but... I think that the big pack is too much of an excitement for Kyanite and we're pretty quiet."
Shamira answered her voice fighting the noise around them.

Akame thought for a moment. "Oh right, I remember now. The older one was with you," Akame said. He looked at the water and then at Shamira. "Follow me. I know someplace that quieter," he said getting up. He began walking the way he had come, but stopped a few feet away. He looked back, waiting for her.
When she followed, Akame began again, heading to a few trees right next to the beach. He went under them and shook his pelt. "Well, would you like to join John's pack? He's the alpha of the smaller one and he acceptes hybrids, as he is a hybrid himself," he replied, sitting down.

Shamira followed Akame timidly and hesitantly, she wasn't so sure whether she wanted to be dragged into the Twins legacy again, she'd had enough which was why she had come here and led Kyanite into certain danger.
"Well, would you like to join John's pack? He's the alpha of the smaller one and he acceptes hybrids, as he is a hybrid himself,"
Shamira contemplated this again, it would ensure some sort of security and she decided she liked Akame, he was so friendly. Shamira's tail swayed slightly in the breeze that tackled her.
"I'm sure we would like to."
Shamira finally exhaled and answered, she didn't know what this choice would bring but she was sure it might bring some trouble with the Twins.

"You know about the Twins, don't you?" Akame asked, looking at her. "You'll be safe with us. We fought the girl off once, until her brother came with the wolf they were looking for. They both ran," he added, smiling.
"If we did it once with tired and hurt wolves, we can do it again with more, stronger wolves," he stated, closing his eyes, letting the breeze hit him. It felt nice.
"Do you want to know more about the packs or the territory since you just arrived?" he asked, opening his eyes again to look at the beautiful hybrid in front of him.

Shamira listened to Akame intently and she nodded to his first statement. Oh, did she know about the Twins? Did she ever, her pack was murdered by them how could she ever forget them? A load of rhetorical questions in her head and she shut her mind up, Shamira made herself stop the sarcasm, it wasn't good.
"You'll be safe with us. We fought the girl off once, until her brother came with the wolf they were looking for. They both ran,"
"I know, but the pack is in ruins right now is it not?"
Shamira answered, she still wasn't going to give Akame a very easy time with persuasion, she was just unsure not her fault.
"If we did it once with tired and hurt wolves, we can do it again with more, stronger wolves,"
"You are not working together at the moment, Creek is on the edge... we can tell. Jasper isn't coming back he's cracked and Soyana... well we don't know about her, she's unpredictable."

"Silverheart had brough Jasper back, but he had left to look for the alpha. Luna and John are in charge at the moment. We're teaching everyone on how to act like a real pack," Akame replied smiling softly.
"It wont be long until we all are getting along and become a real pack. One with real wolves, not imature pups. Real wolves like Drifter. Even John and Jasper aren't real wolves quite yet. My adopted mother said that a wolf becomes a wolf when he, or she, knows they're right and they know that they can handle something without fighting," he added.

Shamira looked around, Akame didn't know what she meant about Jasper did he? He didn't realise that Jasper was going to get himself killed in his state of mind... did Jasper even have a mind anymore? Probably not.
"Well Luna and John are most probably going to become permanent Alpha's unless you two leave."
Shamira urged, without shoving the answer in his face.
"Kyanite and I can see things, we know things from experience, thirteen years worth of knowledge."
Shamira ammended then she decided to tell Akame what none knew but Jasper, Soyana and Luna knew.
"Soyana is in no condition to lead a pack."

"John would never take another pack from an alpha. He's just helping them," Akame snapped. He gasped and looked at the ground. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that," he said, closing his eyes. What he just said was totally uncalled for, but he didn't like people saying stuff about John.
He looked up slowly. "What do you mean by that? Did they hurt her is she okay?" he asked, his eyes pleading that she was. He couldn't bare to tell the pack bad news about their alpha, evenn if she wasn't his own. The pack was like family to him now.

Shamira was scared by the sudden snap he barked at her, her ears felw back onto her head and she crouched down, cowering. It was her instinct, but what had she said? In her memory she hadn't suggested anything except that the pack wouldn't get either of their Alpha's back. Jasper wasn't made out to be an Alpha, and Soyana had other things to take care of. Shamira had pushed a few feet in between Akame and her before he apologized.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to say that,"
Her heart rate was still up and her ears wouldn't dare lift from her skull, her eyes were still frightened.
"What do you mean by that? Did they hurt her is she okay?"
Shamira plucked up some courage to breathe and answer him but it was quite shakey, she was still frightened and had retreated back into her untrusting state.
"It depends what you think okay is. They let her go, after a fight with each other that is, one is the softer one had persuaded the girl to let her go."
Shamira paused for a breath, still cowering and her eyes glanced around warily just in case he snapped again.
"Do you know why? It's a very special reason."

Akame watched her cower. He closed his eyes tightly and laid down. "Please, don't be scared. I don't want anybody to be scared of me," he said, his eyes still closed.
He trembled, but not fromthe cold wind. He was scared of himself. "What? What happened to her? If you tell me, I'll leave you alone so you don't have to be scared anymore. I promise," he said, opening his eyes to look at Shamira. His heart pounded. Everytime he met somebody new he would always scare them, well besides Kaylanda. He even heard Silverheart asking John a few questions about Akame, wondering if he was trust worthy.

Shamira eased herself back to normal an covered herself with a soft composure and sureness with no sort of fright in her eyes or stature. Her heart beat slowed down to normal, she didn't want anyone to feel bad because of her, so she put on a fake okay-ness.
"Please, don't be scared. I don't want anybody to be scared of me,"
Shamira's eyes turned sad for him.
"No, it didn't frighten me it was just out of the blue, it's a reflex."
Yes, a reflex because she was often attacked because she was a half breed and that was not allowed.
"What? What happened to her? If you tell me, I'll leave you alone so you don't have to be scared anymore. I promise,"
Shamira didn't like his bargain it made her feel like she'd made him feel insecure.
"No, no don't leave I'll tell you."
She pleaded.
"Ever noticed how big Soyana was? And I don't mean in height."
That's right she meant around her belly.
