Erik Night
Erik parked the car carefully, and got out, going and opening Anna;s door for her. He then walked to the slight clearing and sat on a large log.
"So, which way should we go?"
He asked, lookign at the various paths leading into the dense bush. This would be fun, and hopefully it wodul lift both of their spirits. Being out in the wilderness alwats felt good, natural even. Though most people would never agree, Erik felt as if he was a part of nature. Odd really. He watched Ana carefully, a thoguhtful look on his face. Everytime he looked at her he woudl like her all over again, whether she was angry or not. Erik lifted his hand to his cheek and felt the scare along his cheek bone. It had been caused from the accedent, but in a way it made him look more gorwn up, intimidating mabe? He wasn't sure, but he hoped Anna wouldn't care.

Anna felt disaster already, would Erik still like her? Her eyes were narrowed at the forest, she knew it was going to happen so it might as well happen now right?
"That way."
Anna pointed to one of the trails, her face relaxed and calm, but it was all a charade. She was completely unsettled. As they walked in her eyes darted around for a ghost of white an she saw it.
Stiffening she stopped it was him.
Jasper looked around and saw the familiar red curls of his girl, Anna. But there was a man next to her and that he did not like. |

Erik Night
Erik smiled and walked with her, watchign her look around ineasily. It was then he sa wthe white thing in the bush. He stopped, and realised it was a wolf. He was fasinated. But, he had an odd feeling. It's eyes seemed to draw to Anna, and yet it glared at him. Weird. The look that animal gaze Anna was amazing, liek nothign he had ever seem before. It was then it all clicked. Everything about bonds was true. He looked towards Anna, and spoke quietly.
"He's your bond, isn't he?"
He said slowly, looking towards Anna and shooting a nervous smile at her. The wolf looked like it could murder him.
"He uh won't hurt me will he?"
He asked, watchign the wolf carefully.

Anna's eyes turned fearful as Jasper glared at Erik, Jasper could do a heck of alot of damage to a human. Anna was afraid for both Jasper and Erik, Jasper would feel depressed if he hurt Erik and Erik could get hurt. Anna's eyes bore into Jasper's as a warning to back off.
"He's your bond, isn't he?"
Anna held Jasper's gaze even as she answered him breathlessly.
"Well I guess so, we used to be so close."
Used to be, meaning just before Eri, had come along, when she had been lonely and lost- but now....
"He uh won't hurt me will he?"
Anna shrugged and reached forward to Jasper, waiting for him to growl and tell her to back off.
"He's changed alot and I don't think he is who he used to be."
Jasper didn't back off or growl but his eyes stayed on Erik, in a glare. So he was why Anna had been ignoring him when he needed her. Jasper put his head under Anna's hand and watched as she took her hand back to her side. Jasper saw the look she gave Erik, full of love and caring. That was how she used to look at Jasper. Jasper turned and growled at Erik. |

Erik watched the wolf let Anna pet him, as the animals gaze stayed on him. Erik listened to her speaking about Jasper. He had changed, interesting. He owndered if wolves coudl undertsand humnans...
"When I talk, can he understand me?"
He asked, kneeling down, and putting up one hand defensively.
"Jasper, I don't mean any harm. It's okay.."
He said and he crouched near him. Erik watched the wofl carefully, and a slight smile formaed his lips. He had never acctually seen a wolf, they where spactactular animals indeed. Erik looked to Anna slowly to give her a smile.

Anna watched Erik with worried eyes, Jasper could turn on him very easily. But if Erik wanted to know if Jasper could understand him, she would show him.
"When I talk, can he understand me?"
"Not normally but now he can."
Anna rested her hand on Erik's shoulder and she felt the bond's electricity run out of her and into Erik himself and she shared the magic of it between them. It was tiring, and Jasper knew that he could hear Erik now and Erik could hear Jasper.
Jasper took the opportunity- before Anna collapsed from exhaustion- to talk to Erik himself.
"You couldn't be a harm to me if you tried."
Jasper growled at Erik, but Erik would understand. |

Erik felt when Anna placed her hand on his shoulder something go through him. Bonds was aubvously a very powerful thing. He held out his arm for Anna to lean on, so she woduln't fall over with exaustion. Then, he watched the wolf, as he coudl hear him.
"Okay. Your right, I probably couldn't oh and uh I'm Erik..."
He said slightly un-comfortably. He then watched the wolf, and Anna. Jasper seemed to be angry.
"Jasper, are you angry at me, for being iwth Anna or something?"
He asked, slight anger building up inside him.

Anna couldn't hear the conversation between the two boys, because she was just concentrating on letting the bond flow into Erik.
"Of course I am right. And you have a recovering arm as well."
Jasper growled back, he was enjoying this very much, and Anna couldn't tell him off because she couldn't hear any of it. But Erik's next comment and accusation unnerved him.
"Of course I am, you stole her from me. And it caused this."
Jasper showed him the scar along his left side and the bloodied mess of his shoulder and hind leg. |

Erik's jaw clentched as the wolf showed him the scar.
"Well, she said you changed. SHe said she felt alone until I came. You shouldn't blame her or me."
Erik said sternly, standing and holding onto Anna. This wolf was getting on his nerves. Erik looked towards Anna again, giving her a worried look, she was wasting herself so he coudl hear the wolf, and he understood.
"Please, just stop hurting her."
Erik said, again sounding stern and determined to let the animal know what was goign on. He needed to lighten up.
"AGian I apologise, but don't blame it one eiither of us."

Jasper's eyes saddened as Erik's words stung at his heart with every single truth. It hurt him that Anna didn't believe in him anymore, and it made him doubt the bond the his whole being.
"Well, she said you changed. SHe said she felt alone until I came. You shouldn't blame her or me."
Jasper flinched and took a paw back off the ground, his eyes showed his hoplessness.
"Please, just stop hurting her."
"I'm not hurting her idiot, she doesn't care about me. It's you that'll be hurting her, car crash boy."
That was Jasper's last word as he growled at both humans and left them both. |

Erik felt the need to snap when the brute mentioned the crash. He removed Anna's hand from his shoulder so she coudlrealx and sat staring where the wolf had been. He felt like yelling ad goign after the thing. So cold and harsh.
"Anna, I'm sory if I coused this. I don't mean to hurt you."
He said, his voice low and slighlty shaky. With much effort, he tore his gaze away from the spot where the wolf was and placed his hand on her shoulder to pull her colser to him so he codul embrace her.

Anna was confused she had no memory of anything happening that could've hurt her, she wondered whether he was talking about the crash again but why would he be talking about that? There was nothing that could give her a clue, she stopped flowing the energy and fell into Erik's arms. Her eyes were a question, where was Jasper? What was Erik talking about? Nothing was making sense.
"Anna, I'm sory if I coused this. I don't mean to hurt you."
Anna looked at Erik her brow furrowed.
"Wh-What do you mean? Where'd Jasper go?"

Erik brought Anna down to a rock so she could sit down.
"He said that you didn't care and that I was the one hurting you, and he brought up the whole crsh thing.. But he kinda left afterwards.."
Erik said, holding Anna's hand tightly.
"Mabe we shoduln't have come. I', sorry if your upset, I didn't mean to make him angry.."
He said, watching the bush carefully, watching to see if the angry brute wodul show up again. Poor Anna. Everyhting seemed to be goign wrong.
"Thank you, for letting me speak ot him I mean."

Anna's breath caught as he heard the horrible comments Jasper had made. Anna was distraught, her head fell forward so she was looking at the ground, she started to cry softly.
"I'm so sorry! I shouldn't have led you to him."
Anna apologised and sobbed, she felt so bad for letting Jasper do what he had done.
"Mabe we shoduln't have come. I', sorry if your upset, I didn't mean to make him angry.."
"No, it wasn't your fault. It's that miserable wolf's fault."
Anna replied solemnly, she didn't hear anything else.

Erik hugged her as she cried.
"It's fien, really. I won't let him bother me. Lets just go, okay?"
He asked, helpign her stand and walking towards the way they came.
"Inless you want to keep on walking, it really doesn't matter to me."
He said stopping and letting his hand to rub her back to comfort her. He felt bad, because he knew she felt bad. But, it didn't matter, why shoudl he care what that wolf thought? Erik just concentrated on comforting Anna. He woudl take her home and watch a movie and make her feel better, its what he did.
