Personality: Alex can be very kind, understanding and careing OR she can be very manipulative, vindictive and nasty its your choice. She knows her limits but has overstepped her boundaries couple times. Manipulating the law to suit her own needs she has gotten in trouble in the past for forgeing warrents and breaking into houses without them. Although they have come back to bite her in the butt later, she has forced witnesses to testify by scareing the living crap out of them and she has manipulated more than one person to get what she wants. But this isn't all because she wants to be mean and nasty she wants the truth so much, she wants to bring justice and closure very badly and that's what drives her to do the things she does, her closest colleagues understand it but not everyone does.
Physical Description: With Shoulder-length blond hair and brown eyes, Alexandra Cabot looks like any normal person. She's around 5'7 maybe taller or shorter and she's skinny enough. Her skin is white but not albino, she has a gunshot wound that sent her to the witness protection but she hides it well. Her accesory seems to be her reading glasses that's black and a necklace sometimes.
As far as her dressing style goes, her dresses are ususally court-approrpiate at least at work. She's in a skirt or pants something comfortable but professional. When she's at the council or at home or somewhere else she can easily be found in jeans.
History: Born and raised in New York City, Alexandra Cabot had an okayish childhood. She does not remember growing up with a sibling but her mother took in stray children that wasn't biologically related to Alex, she has never known her dad pretty much with him being in and out of jail and she has known from a young age that she has wanted to seek justice and speak for victims.
Her school records are half clean, half not but Alex has never gotten in trouble for anything serious just the ususal mischiefs, some Halloween pranks, some class cuts and of course food fights, her personality had her always being in the middle of things in school although it has never ended up in suspensions or expulsions. If that had been the case she would've never made it to where she is today.
She first went to Hudson U and than later the University of New York to study law, after completeing that and her internship she has been assigned to do random cases mostly white collar before being officially assigned to do sex crimes. She was an excellent choice for prosecutor there and she has worked well with the detectives and has helped bring closure and justice for victims and their families for many years until 2005, she got shot.
Once that happened, she had to pretend that she was dead and go into witness protection program for several years. But, now she's back.
